We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Team Leader for one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team in a dynamic working environment and ensuring smooth operations during the night hours. You maintain full oversight, motivate colleagues, and ensure safe and efficient working conditions.

• Supervising the team’s work during the night shift
• Monitoring work progress and making necessary adjustments
• Ensuring clear communication and promoting effective teamwork
• Reporting irregularities to the shift leader or department manager
• Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity

• Experience in a team leader position or a similar role
• Cunoștințe excelente ale limbii engleze
• Willingness to work night shifts from Sunday through Thursday
• A strong sense of responsibility, stress resilience, and a proactive attitude
• Working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Ce oferim

• Salariu orar de 15,50 € (fără indemnizații)
• 25% night shift allowance between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM
• Long-term collaboration through an employment agency
• A responsible position within a close-knit team
