Description
As an overhead crane operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving heavy steel materials within the production hall. Using a 25-ton overhead crane, you will transport iron poles and other steel structures from the storage area to various workstations where the materials will be further processed.
You will work closely with production and workshop employees and make sure that materials are available on time and in the right place. Safety, accuracy and good spatial awareness are very important in this role.
Your tasks will include:
- Operating a 25-ton overhead crane.
- Moving iron poles and steel structures within the production hall.
- Transporting materials from the storage area to the processing departments.
- Correctly attaching and positioning loads.
- Checking lifting equipment and reporting unsafe situations.
- Working together with production employees to support an efficient production process.
- Following safety regulations and internal company guidelines.

To demand
- Experience operating an overhead crane.
- Experience moving heavy steel materials.
- A valid overhead crane certificate is not required.
- A certificate for safe lifting or safe movement of loads is also NOT required.
- Experience in a production, metal or industrial environment is an advantage.
- Good command of the Polish or English language.
- Safety-conscious and responsible attitude.
- Able to work independently, but also as part of a team.
- Good spatial awareness.
- Physically able to work in an industrial production environment

- Basic wage: €16.37 per hour.
- ADV allowance 4.62%: €0.76 per hour.
- Work according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Concrete Products Industry.
