Will you be the new CNC Miller who will work with precision and craftsmanship on our advanced machines, including 5-axis milling machines, and help our client realize complex, high-quality products ranging from the smallest to larger sizes?
Description
As a CNC Miller, you will work with a variety of machines, including advanced 5-axis milling machines. You will manufacture small production runs of up to 40 pieces, working with a wide range of materials, often including exotic materials. The products and parts you will work on range in size from 15 mm to 1000 mm and are often complex and highly precise.
What you will do:
- Independently produce complex and highly accurate parts based on drawings, production data, or instructions.
- Carry out in-process quality checks on products and specifications using measuring instruments.
- Assess, determine, and optimize machining methods.
- Interpret measurement data and make adjustments where necessary.
- Contribute ideas on how to organize the production process more efficiently and support improvements.

To demand
- Completed MBO level 3 education in Machining, with demonstrable experience as a machinist.
- Preferably, you already have experience with different milling machines, or you have the ambition to develop yourself further in this area.
- You have knowledge of and experience in reading technical drawings.
- You have knowledge of clamping techniques, cutting speeds, and machining strategies.
- Experience with Siemens, Fanuc, and/or Heidenhain controls.
