As a CNC grinder, you will be responsible for grinding and machining parts using CNC-controlled machines. You will work closely with colleagues and ensure the work is carried out efficiently and accurately.

Description

As an experienced CNC grinder, you'll be responsible for independently setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC grinding machines. You'll produce complex and precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications, with an emphasis on accuracy and quality assurance. In this role, you'll work with various materials, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and carbide. You'll have extensive experience performing various grinding operations, such as surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, and precision grinding. You'll ensure that the machined parts meet strict tolerances and quality standards. You'll also be able to quickly diagnose and resolve malfunctions and perform periodic maintenance to keep the machines functioning optimally.
