As a Production Employee Mixing/Preparation, you are the person within our organization who is responsible for the preparation of liquids (gels, drinks).

Description

As a Production Worker in the Mixing/Preparation Department, you'll be the person responsible for preparing liquids (gels, drinks) within our organization. You'll weigh raw materials (mostly powders) based on a production protocol, mix them in IBCs (containers) or stainless steel tanks, and perform basic quality tests once the semi-finished product/preparation is ready. You'll also be responsible for cleaning the used materials and the mixing area.

In short, in this role you ensure that the first step in the production process is accurate, qualitative/hygienic and on time.

In this role, you'll also be responsible for keeping the raw materials section of the warehouse organized, ensuring everything is stored neatly and fully labeled (in accordance with our quality system). 

In this position you will work together with your colleagues from production (filling/packaging department), warehouse and work preparation.

We specialize in the development, production, and filling of liquids in flexible packaging, focusing primarily on the sports, health, and healthcare segments with a wide range of gels, liquid nutritional supplements, and functional drinks. They do business with major international brands in over 20 countries, both within and outside Europe. Their clients are (A-)brand owners ranging from SMEs to large multinationals. You'll work in a compact, close-knit team characterized by a no-nonsense attitude, close collaboration, a hands-on mentality, exceptional customer focus, short lines of communication, and the importance of being able to adapt quickly yet thoughtfully.  

The company has a compact team of 20-25 people (office and production) with a flat organizational structure and very short lines of communication. 

To demand

  • A successfully completed secondary school education, preferably a VMBO or MBO education.  
  • Preferably several years of work experience as a preparer/mixer, preferably with food products.  
  • Fluent command of Dutch 
  • Having the following qualities: accurate/structured, hygienic, good physical condition. 
  • The ability and willingness to work in a focused manner and to persevere. 
  • Being able to independently organize your work in order to do your work as efficiently as possible. 
  • An independent working team player with an open attitude. 

What we offer

An hourly wage of € 14.06
