Summary

We are looking for an experienced Day Shift Team Leader for one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team in a dynamic working environment and ensuring smooth operations. You maintain full oversight, motivate colleagues, and ensure safe and efficient working conditions.

• Supervising the team's work during the day shift
• Monitoring work progress and implementing necessary adjustments
• Ensuring clear communication and promoting effective teamwork
• Reporting irregularities to the shift leader or department manager
• Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity

To demand

• Experience in a team leader role or a similar position
• Excellent command of the English language
• Willingness to work from Sunday through Friday
• Strong sense of responsibility, stress resilience, and a proactive attitude

What we offer

• Hourly wage of €15.50 (excluding allowances)
• Working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
