CNC Milling Machine

Summary

Will you be the new CNC milling machine operator who will work with precision and craftsmanship on our advanced machines, including 5-axis milling machines, and help our contact person realize complex, high-quality products from the smallest to the largest sizes?

Description

As a CNC Milling Machine Operator, you'll work with a variety of machines, including advanced 5-axis milling machines. You'll produce small series of up to 40 pieces, working with a wide variety of often exotic materials. The products and parts you'll work on range in size from 15 mm to 1000 mm and are often complex and precise.

What you will do:

• Independently produce complex and highly precise parts based on drawings, production data or instructions.
• Interim checking of products for quality and specifications using measuring instruments.
• Evaluate, determine and optimize machining methods.
• Interpret measurement data and adjust where necessary.
• Thinking about how to efficiently organize the production process and contributing to improvements.

To demand

• A completed MBO level 3 training in Machining with demonstrable experience as a machinist.
• You preferably already have experience with various milling machines or have the ambition to develop yourself in this area.
• You have knowledge and experience of reading technical drawings.
• Your knowledge of clamping techniques, cutting speeds and strategies.
• Experience with Siemens, Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls.
