Team Leader (Night Shift)

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Team Leader for one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team in a dynamic work environment and ensuring smooth operations during nighttime hours. You will maintain a clear overview, motivate colleagues, and ensure safe and efficient working conditions.

• Supervising the team's work during the night shift
• Monitoring the progress of the work and making necessary adjustments
• Ensure clear communication and encourage good cooperation within the team
• Report irregularities to the shift leader or department manager
• Ensuring safety, quality and work pace

To demand

• Experience in a team leader role or similar role
• Very good command of the English language
• Willingness to work nights from Sunday to Thursday
• Responsibility, stress resistance and a proactive attitude

What we offer

• Hourly wage €15.50 (excluding allowances)
• Night surcharge 25% between 00:00 and 06:00
• Long-term cooperation through a temporary employment agency
• Responsible position in a close-knit team
