MACHINE OPERATOR – METAL RECYCLING

For our client in Amersfoort, we are looking for Machine Operators to join a company specializing in metal recycling.

Description

• New employees start their first month working as a Handpicker, manually sorting metals on a conveyor belt.
• After the first month, employees begin internal training for the Machine Operator position.
• Work is carried out in a two-shift system.
• Operating and adjusting automated sorting lines.
• Performing basic maintenance and resolving minor technical faults.
• Ensuring the smooth and stable operation of the production process.

Our client is a company specializing in the recycling and processing of metals, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as electronic waste. The company has been operating in the industry for over 100 years and uses modern, automated technologies to sort and recover valuable raw materials. HKS employs approximately 450 people and is part of the REMONDIS Group, one of the leading companies in the European metal recycling market.

To demand

• Knowledge of English.
• Experience operating machinery or a technical background.
• Willingness to work for an extended period.
• A driving license is an advantage.

What we offer

Pay rate:

• €19.23 gross per hour – basic rate of €16.97 + fixed shift allowance or 13.3%.

• ADV allowance: 4.98%.

• Accommodation, health insurance and transport to work.

• A Dutch employment contract.
