We are looking for a Work Planner/(Junior) Project Manager for Demolition in the Leiden area. In this role, you will prepare demolition projects and oversee their execution from start to finish. You will plan, organize, monitor progress and costs, and coordinate with colleagues, clients, and partners. This position requires a structured, communicative, and proactive professional with an affinity for or experience in demolition/remediation. As a Work Planner/(Junior) Project Manager for Demolition, you'll be responsible for preparing and supervising demolition projects, from renovation demolition to large-scale demolition and remediation. You'll ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You'll develop schedules and work plans, manage project administration, and monitor progress, costs, and quantities. You'll also coordinate with contractors, clients, subcontractors, and other involved parties and participate in internal meetings and construction meetings. You'll also prepare invoices and handle additional work and reduced work. In this role, you'll be the link between preparation and execution. You'll work in a structured manner, maintain an overview, and adapt quickly, with an eye for safety, the environment, reuse, and sustainability.
