Will you be the new CNC Turner who works with precision and craftsmanship on our advanced CNC turning machines with Siemens and/or Fanuc controls, helping our client produce complex, high-quality products ranging from small to large sizes?
Opis
As a CNC Turner, you will work with a variety of machines, including advanced CNC turning machines with Siemens and/or Fanuc controls. You will manufacture small production runs of up to 40 pieces, working with a wide range of materials, often including exotic materials. The products and parts you will work on range in size from 15 mm to 1000 mm and are often complex and highly precise.
- Independently produce complex and highly accurate parts based on drawings, production data, or instructions.
- Set up, operate, and, where necessary, adjust CNC turning machines with Siemens and/or Fanuc controls.
- Carry out in-process quality checks on products and specifications using measuring instruments.
- Assess, determine, and optimize machining methods.
- Interpret measurement data and make adjustments where necessary.
- Contribute ideas on how to organize the production process more efficiently and support improvements.

Wymagamy
- Completed MBO level 3 education in Machining, with demonstrable experience as a machinist.
- Preferably, you already have experience with different CNC turning machines, or you have the ambition to develop yourself further in this area.
- You have knowledge of and experience in reading technical drawings.
- You have knowledge of clamping techniques, cutting speeds, and machining strategies.
- Experience with Siemens and/or Fanuc controls.
Co oferujemy
- 38-hour working week, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00.
