In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team in a dynamic working environment and ensuring smooth operations. You maintain full oversight, motivate colleagues, and ensure safe and efficient working conditions.

• Supervising the team’s work during the day shift
• Monitoring work progress and implementing necessary adjustments
• Ensuring clear communication and promoting effective teamwork
• Reporting irregularities to the shift leader or department manager
• Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity

Żądać

• Experience in a team leader role or a similar position
• Doskonała znajomość języka angielskiego
• Willingness to work from Sunday through Friday
• Silne poczucie odpowiedzialności, odporność na stres i proaktywna postawa
