Are you passionate about woodworking and looking for a dynamic role in a fast-growing industry? We are looking for a skilled Woodworking Machine Operator to join our team. The role involves working with prefabrication (prefab), which means creating parts of a building, such as walls, roofs, and floors, in a factory before transporting them to the construction site for quick assembly.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operating woodworking machinery, including saws, CNC machines, and fully automated milling and framing machines.
• Sorting and preparing building materials for production.
• Participating in logistical activities within the factory and at the site.
• Actively contributing to process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Ensuring the production of high-quality wooden roofs, walls, frames, floors, and extensions.

About the Client

Our client is a specialist in prefab timber frame construction modules, elements & constructions. 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for craftsmanship.
• Demonstrable experience in operating woodworking machines (e.g., sawing, CNC, milling).
• Preferably an MBO-2 diploma in Machine Woodworking or a similar qualification.
• A strong focus on quality, precision, and neatness.
• Able to work independently, but also collaborate well with your colleagues.
