Night Shift Team Leader

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Team Leader for one of our clients. In this role, you'll lead a team in a dynamic work environment and ensure smooth nighttime production. You have a sharp eye for detail, know how to motivate colleagues, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Description

• You provide operational leadership to a team during the night shift
• You monitor the progress of the work and make adjustments where necessary
• You ensure clear communication and pleasant cooperation within the team
• You report details to the shift or department manager
• You guarantee safety, quality and work pace

To demand

• Demonstrable experience as a team leader or in a similar role
• Excellent command of the English language
• Willingness to work structural night shifts (Sunday to Thursday)
• Sense of responsibility, stress resistance and a proactive attitude

What we offer

• Hourly wage of €15.50 (excluding allowances)
• Night surcharge of 25% between 00:00 and 06:00
• Long-term cooperation through a temporary employment agency structure
• A position with responsibility within a close-knit team
