We're looking for an experienced part-time administrative assistant for our bakery in Amsterdam. Are you someone who enjoys keeping records organized and is proficient in Exact? Then we're looking for you for two shifts a week!
As an administrative assistant, you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of financial and administrative data within our company. You'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring that our administration is always in order.
You work closely with colleagues within the organization and have an independent role in which you maintain an overview, set priorities and work accurately.
Main duties and responsibilities:
The client is a traditional bakery in Amsterdam, specializing in fresh bread and pastries. They have an informal, collaborative work environment with a strong focus on quality and teamwork.
