You maintain a clear overview, motivate colleagues, and guarantee a safe and efficient workplace.

• Provide operational leadership to a team during the night shift
• Monitor workflow progress and make adjustments when necessary

• Report any irregularities to the shift or department supervisor

To demand

• Proven experience as a team leader or in a similar role
• Excellent command of the English language
• Willingness to work night shifts from Sunday to Thursday
• Strong sense of responsibility, stress resilience, and a proactive attitude

What we offer

• Hourly wage of €15.50 (excluding allowances)
• Night shift allowance of 25% between 00:00 and 06:00
